Principle of catering oil-water separator
The catering oil-water separator is used to remove floatable oil and partially dispersed oil from oily wastewater by natural float separation under the action of gravity, with the help of the difference in oil-water density. Through clever design of the internal structure of the catering oil-water separator, based on the shallow pool sedimentation theory, the principle of opposite flow separation and the dialectical relationship between turbulent and laminar flow are applied. During the process of sewage flowing through the catering oil-water separator, the flow velocity decreases, the water flows downward, and the oil droplets float upward. Then, multi-stage treatment and separation devices are used, and inclined plate oil separation technology and special liquid level automatic control technology are used to separate the oil from the wastewater.

2. Pay attention to timely drainage
Don't think that once you install it, you can rest assured. There is a transparent plastic water cup under the oil-water separator. When using the oil-water separator, be sure to drain the water in a timely manner. If there is too much water, the oil-water separator will not be able to separate the oil and water. Some advanced foreign manufacturers already have automatic drainage function. The filter cup under the oil-water separator is equipped with a water level sensor. When the water level reaches a certain value, it will prompt that there is water on the computer display screen on the dashboard, and the oil-water separator must be drained. The drainage operation is also very convenient. After parking, pull the handbrake, turn off the engine, turn the ignition key to the driving position, and press the switch on the dashboard to complete the drainage in about 18 seconds.
3. The northern region selects those with heating function
In addition, cold weather can also easily cause damage to the water under the water cup due to freezing, especially in northern regions. Many users wear thick cotton clothes on the oil-water separator to prevent it from freezing. 10. Regularly contact the manufacturer for after-sales inspection of equipment to maintain its performance;
11. Regularly check whether the aeration pipeline inside the box is evenly aerated. If the aeration is uneven, check whether the aeration pipe is leaking or blocked;
12. Add cleaning agent to the oil-water separator.
